Finance Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Finance Trainee will assist and support the Finance team in achieving the property’s goals, maintaining adequate internal controls over all areas of the hotel operations. You will ensure the timely completion of all reports and that applicable finance policies and procedures are maintained. Your responsibilities will include preparing the monthly closing balance sheets, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with financial policies and procedures, generating financial reports, maintaining the accuracy of accounting books and records, preparing monthly reports, and performing general and administrative finance tasks. The main duties and responsibilities will focus on accounting and invoicing activities. You will collaborate with the Purchasing and Storekeeping departments, assisting them in their daily and monthly operations, as well as supporting invoice processing, documentation and reconciliation activities. You will also help the Finance team develop and maintain strong relationships with the different departments, supporting the smooth and accurate flow of financial information and contributing to the achievement of the property’s financial goals. Program length : 6 or 12 months Starting date : February – March 2027 WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of finance department. - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management studies, (Diploma, University studies or Master) - Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level). - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach. - Previous experience in hospitality, accounting or finance is a plus. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
