Groups & Events Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Groups & Events Trainee will assist the Groups & Events team in the daily operations, supporting the coordination and follow-up of groups and events from the initial enquiry through to the event itself. You will assist with client communication, maintaining accurate records, preparing event-related documentation and supporting the team with meetings, property tours and event preparations. In this role, you will work closely with different hotel departments to support the smooth coordination and delivery of groups and events. You will gain an understanding of the different stages of the sales and event process while learning how to provide personalized service, anticipate client needs and contribute to creating successful and memorable events. Program length : 6 to 8 months Starting date : February – March 2027 WHAT`S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of Groups & Events operations and learn about modern luxury lifestyle standards based on Forbes. - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). - Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level). - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable. - An outgoing and proactive personality, with organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
