In this role, you will build and develop a high-performing full-stack engineering team, driving delivery excellence and technical innovation that directly impacts our Business Banking customers. This is a unique opportunity to own both people leadership and technology strategy in a dynamic, agile environment. } } ; { your_responsibilities: [ - Lead and enable a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality, predictable software aligned with product and architectural goals. - Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health. - Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning. - Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure smooth integration. - Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap in close collaboration with product, platform, and business stakeholders. - Act as the primary owner of team execution health, risks, and dependencies. - Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centric innovation. ] } ; { following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [ - Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile, full-stack environments. - Strong background in backend and or mobile development, preferably with Kotlin or SwiftUI. - Experience with API-driven systems and backend banking workflows is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to deliver predictable, high-quality software with effective risk and dependency management. - Skilled in coaching, performance management, and developing engineering talent. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprints, and User Story Mapping. - Passion for building team culture aligned with customer-first and growth mindset values. - You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time! ] } ; Got the feeling not to match every single requirement?
