Back of House Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Back of House Trainee will assist the Front Desk Team with the daily operations and the hotel’s internal communication system, efficiently managing phone calls and messages for hotel team members and guests. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming familiar with the hotel’s facilities, operations and the surroundings of Ibiza. You will coordinate with different departments, supporting effective communication and ensuring the best possible service for both internal and external guests. Program length : 4 to 6 months. Starting date : April – May 2027. WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of Front Desk and other departments management and to learn about modern luxury lifestyle standards based in Forbes. - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management or Business Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). - Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable. - Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
