Guest Relations Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Guest Relations trainee will be assisting the Guest Relations Team in the daily operations, organizing VIP stays and following up on their needs and requests. You will be offering concierge services, greeting guests, coordinating welcome cards and amenities, maintaining VIP profiles updated, doing guest roomings, show the hotel’s facilities and many more duties to exceed guest expectations. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming an expert in the hotel and Ibiza’s surroundings. Program length : 4-6 months Starting date : April – May 2027 WHAT`S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of guest relations and rooms division and to learn about modern luxury lifestyle standards based on Forbes. - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management studies, (Diploma, University studies or Master). - Fluency in English is essential (C1 level). - Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is highly valued. - Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. - Attention to detail and a team-oriented approach. - Previous hospitality experience is desirable. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
