1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the use of Vokaro via vokaro.es. Full provider details are set out in the legal notice.
2. Description of the service
Vokaro is a job and talent platform for Mallorca and Spain. Job seekers create a free Talent Card and discover suitable roles. Companies create company profiles, publish vacancies and find suitable talent. On request, Vokaro additionally supports job seekers personally with placement.
3. Early Access status
Vokaro is currently in Early Access. Some features are not yet available or are limited, and the scope of features may change until the public launch.
4. Account and sign-in
An account is required. Sign-in is possible with email and password or via Google. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and not share your account with third parties. Accounts are reserved for adults.
5. Talent Cards
The Talent Card is free for job seekers. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details. Vokaro reviews submitted Talent Cards and may request changes, refuse publication or pause a card if it breaches these terms. Your visibility settings determine what information employers may see.
6. Job postings and companies
Companies may only publish genuine, specific and lawful vacancies. In particular, discriminatory requirements, offers requiring advance payment, pyramid or candidate-paid fee models and misleading information are not permitted. Vokaro may review, reject or remove postings.
7. Applications and placement
Applications are forwarded to the respective company. Personal placement by Vokaro is voluntary and requires your explicit release; you can withdraw it at any time. Vokaro does not owe any placement success.
8. No guarantee of success
Vokaro provides a platform but does not guarantee hiring, interviews, a particular number of applications or that a vacancy will be filled. Employment contracts are concluded solely between candidates and companies.
9. Prohibited content and moderation
Unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or misleading content, spam, uploading third-party data without authorisation and automated scraping of the platform are prohibited. Vokaro may moderate and remove content and restrict or block accounts in the event of breaches.
10. Account deletion and availability
You can request deletion of your account at any time. Vokaro aims for high availability but does not owe uninterrupted operation; maintenance and outages are possible.
11. Pricing
Use by job seekers is free of charge. Paid services for companies are clearly stated before conclusion of a contract. As long as no paid packages are offered, no costs arise.
12. Intellectual property and user content
The platform, the Vokaro logo and the design are protected. Your own content remains yours; you merely grant Vokaro the right to store, display and – to the extent you release it – transmit it to companies within the service and your visibility settings.
13. Liability
Vokaro is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. It gives no warranty for content from companies and users or for how recruitment processes unfold. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and are not limited.
14. Changes, governing law and contact
We may adapt these terms, for example when adding features; we will give advance notice of material changes. Spanish law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. This version is 1.2, dated 2026-09-16. Contact options are set out in the legal notice.
