About the role
Location: Paguera, Mallorca Herzog Real Estate is an up-and-coming estate agency in the south-west of Mallorca. To strengthen our team we are looking for a committed real estate agent / listing agent (m/f/d) whose clear focus is the active acquisition of new properties for sale. Your role In this position, property acquisition is the focus of the entire working day. Your goal is to continuously win new owners, properties for sale and cooperation partners for Herzog Real Estate. This includes in particular: Active and independent acquisition of properties for sale Systematic approach to property owners Telephone and in-person acquisition Building and continuously maintaining your own network on Mallorca Winning referral partners and cooperation partners Actively approaching potential cooperation partners, referrers, service providers and local business partners Presenting and concluding our cooperation agreements Building long-term partnerships to generate new sales mandates In-person meetings with owners and potential partners Market monitoring and identification of new acquisition opportunities We are expressly looking for someone who already lives on Mallorca and enjoys active acquisition. You should like making calls, approaching people in person, building contacts and working consistently to win new properties for our sales portfolio. Your profile Experience in real estate sales, ideally as an estate agent, listing agent or in a comparable acquisition/sales position Demonstrable experience in client or property acquisition Very good communication skills and a confident manner Initiative, perseverance and a strong sales mentality Enjoying building and maintaining a personal network Good English and Spanish are required German and/or additional languages are an advantage Good knowledge of the Mallorcan property market and an existing network are a big plus Category B driving licence What we offer Fixed salary plus attractive variable pay and commission Company car for business use Modern workplace in our office in Paguera A family-like and personal working environment Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths Professional company structure with short decision-making paths and plenty of room for initiative Support from our existing sales, marketing and property management team Attractive earning potential with successful property acquisition At Herzog Real Estate it is not only the individual deal that counts.
