About the role
Kitchen Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Kitchen Trainee will assist the culinary team in the daily operations of the department, preparing the mise en place and supporting the different kitchen sections to gain a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations and culinary techniques. You will be accountable for the preparation of food items, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, temperature and presentation. You will also support the team in maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety, as well as ensuring the proper organization and storage of ingredients and kitchen equipment. Program length : 3 to 6 months Starting date : May 2027 WHAT`S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire considerable knowledge of F&B operations in various outlets with different service styles - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality & Hotel Management, or a related program (Diploma, Vocational Training, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). - Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level). - Passion for cooking and the hospitality industry. - Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach. - Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
