PORTFOLIO MANAGER – LUXURY REAL ESTATE MALLORCA For our real estate company on Mallorca we are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) with very good knowledge of the Mallorcan property market. As Portfolio Manager you are responsible for acquiring, looking after and developing our high-quality property portfolio and are the central link between owners, sales and marketing. Your tasks Looking after our owners from first contact through to a successful sale Acquisition of high-quality properties together with our sales advisors Advising on market positioning, asking price and marketing strategy Preparing, concluding and monitoring marketing agreements Coordinating the complete property survey and all relevant documentation Organising photo and video shoots as well as team viewings Working with marketing on brochures, content and marketing activities Ongoing review of the portfolio in terms of price, presentation and sales prospects Building and maintaining a network of owners and relevant multipliers Your profile Several years of professional experience in real estate on Mallorca Business-fluent German, English and Spanish Experience in acquiring and looking after property owners Very good knowledge of the property market and Mallorca's micro-locations Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner A structured, self-reliant and dependable way of working Confident use of CRM systems and digital processes Category B driving licence and own car An advantage Experience in the luxury property segment An existing network on Mallorca Knowledge of the relevant documents and procedures for property sales in Spain Who we are looking for A convincing, entrepreneurially minded personality who takes responsibility for their portfolio, deals with owners as equals and, together with sales and marketing, ensures that high-quality properties are positioned optimally and sold successfully.
