About the role
Quality Management Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Quality trainee will provide support to the Quality Manager in the daily operations of their area to ensure all teams follow health and safety regulations, implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay policies and procedures. You will have a full understanding of how to manage a Quality area by working with all teams in the area. You will have a direct impact to the operational team’s motivation and actions reporting directly to Quality Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments of the hotel to exceed guest expectations. Program length : 6 to 8 months Starting date : March 2027 WHAT`S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of quality management and general hotel management, based on Forbes standards. - You will get to know the different areas of the hotel. - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management studies (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). - Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable. - Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational and communication skills. - Proactive, team-oriented and adaptable, with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
