About the role
Reception Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Reception trainee will support the Front Office Team during their daily operations. In a regular daily basis, you will welcome guests to our unique hotel, check-in and check-out procedure, provide information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza island, collaborate with other depatments to provide excellent service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. You will have the opportunity to give your personal touch to every guest interaction and to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve our guests’ experience. Program length : 4 to 6 months Starting date : April – May 2027 WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge in rooms division and learn about moder luxury lifestyle standars based on Forbes. - You will get to know the different areas of the hotel. - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). - Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable. - Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational and communication skills. - Proactive, team-oriented and adaptable, with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
