About the role
Reservations Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay in Eivissa. Full-time. ABOUT THE ROLE The Reservations Trainee will perform duties as a Reservations Agent. Daily tasks will include processing individual guest reservations by email and telephone, following the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Forbes standards; creating and maintaining reservation records; processing booking cancellations and modifications; and providing guests with information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza Island. As a Reservations Agent Trainee, you will be proactive in providing exceptional service to guests and travel agents. Program length : 5 to 6 months Starting date : February – March 2027 WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU - You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of the reservations department while learning about our standards and systems. - You will get to know the different areas of the hotel. - Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. - Free meal during working hours. - Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). - Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (C1 level). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable. - Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. - Effective problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset. - Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.A. es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad.
