About the role
Full-time DPNY is a marketing agency in Palma de Mallorca. Among others, we look after Medicom.de, a direct seller of food supplements that has been on the market for more than 30 years and has over one million customers in Germany. In addition there is Evage.com, a young brand for Athletic Longevity. For both we are looking for someone to take over the paid channels. Over time, further agency clients may be added. You manage the budgets yourself from day one, together around 50,000 to 80,000 € per month. Your tasks • Meta Ads is your core channel. You plan and scale the Facebook and Instagram campaigns for Medicom and Evage. • You build up native advertising as a second performance channel. • Our affiliate programme runs through AWIN. You look after it and develop it further. • Tracking is yours too: UTM structure, GA4 events and the question of which channel really brings which revenue. • You report regularly on what the campaigns deliver and make concrete proposals on what to change. • You work closely with our content creator on the ad creatives. • You can build up TikTok Ads if you feel like it. What you bring • At least 3 years of performance marketing, including 2 years running Meta Ads independently. • You have already scaled D2C or e-commerce accounts and can prove it. • You work daily with GA4, Meta Business Manager and attribution tools. • Ideally you know Google Ads and Bing, although you will not have to manage either of them here. • Affiliate experience, for example with AWIN, is a plus. • The same applies to experience with health or food supplement products. If you are interested in longevity and health, you will fit in well with us. • For you, numbers are the basis for decisions, not just material for reporting. • Very good German (at least B2) and fluent English. Spanish helps in everyday life. • You live in Palma or are moving there. What we offer you • Spanish employment contract with DPNY in Palma de Mallorca. • Air-conditioned office in the middle of Palma. Home-office days are possible, but presence is the rule. • During the transition phase you can work remotely for a while, by agreement and on a case-by-case basis. • You work directly with the Chief Growth Officer and the marketing team. • Budget and account responsibility from day one.
