El puesto consiste en atender a visitantes locales y extranjeros de forma presencial, por teléfono y en canales digitales (redes sociales, Google My Business, WhatsApp), facilitar información turística como folletos, autocares y guías, informar de promociones, promocionar la tarjeta de fidelización, la tarjeta regalo y el TAX Refund, y coordinarse con las tiendas sobre promociones y eventos. Se pide experiencia en recepción, información turística o atención al público, inglés fluido, manejo de Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint y Excel), capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma, y disponibilidad horaria: el centro abre 362 días al año. Se ofrece contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
