What you bring • German as a native language or at native level, plus good Spanish. • Experience in customer service or administration. • Enjoying dealing with customers and a strong service orientation. • A structured, careful and reliable way of working. • Confident use of MS Office. • Initiative and the motivation to become part of a committed team.
